New Remix EP out now!
Party Like Us Records just released a remix EP of B. Rich’s “Make Me Dance EP”. This is a massive collection of remixes aimed straight for the dancefloor. Manchester’s Heavyfeet take a dark, shuffly approach to the title track turning it into a headbanger with nice breaks sprinkled throughout. Dim Mak’s Autoerotique flip it big room style with really cool UK Funky influenced percussion that builds into a bass heavy frenzy. Newcomer J. Rabbit pretty much blew our minds with the production on his super dancefloor friendly dubstep remix that has a little breaks section in the middle. Squire of Gothos took no prisoners bringing their signature neo-rave sound to “It’ll Be Alright”, completely twisted. In the weird tradition of B. Rich remixes that AC Slater has done he went out of his element again on “Bump”, this time going for a bouncy techno vibe. Hear all the previews at Beatport.

November Promo Mixes
As I’m preparing to kick off November with a nice little North American Tour, I decided to put together a promo mix. In the making, I found I had way too many tracks that I wanted to include so I just made two. So enjoy the near 2 hours of music… I’ll be posting full tour info next week. Little something for everyone in these mixes. Pt. 2 is mostly dubstep.

New AC Slater Mix

My dude AC Slater has just posted up a new DJ mix to promote his next UK/European tour (Oct 21 – November 7th). Check his myspace for full info on dates. Find him with the whole T&B crew Nov 5-7th. This mix is huuuge.
New remix of BC
Combining complex metaphor, time travel, scintillating lyrical gymnastics, anime, radical politics and an apocryphal-dystopian comic book aesthetic, Red Tide member and Florida MC, BC, The Black Child, delivers his solo debut, the first of a three part conceptual album, “Time Pieces.” Read more about the album here.
Peripheral Records commissioned me to do a remix of one of the album tunes, ‘This Is Not A Song’. BC is right… this is not a song, its a CHOON. These guys have given the go-ahead to promo my remix for free. Make sure to check out the original tracks though, BC’s album has been on regular rotation on my iTunes!
